This article, on payment of property tax and its economic impact in Cartagena, was performed with a descriptive approach, in order to combine information and provide greater strength to the diagnosis made. This research presents the benefits of property tax and its influence on the economic development of Cartagena, in order to sensitize the nation to make payments in a timely manner avoiding interest, also oriented to economic development in our town. In this sense, the property tax should be treated as a fiscal tool to further economic level of the city. |
