The economic and dynamic social globalization has obliged this new youngsters management generation to wonder what skill should be strengthened and acquired in order to take part in national as well as international working field. It doesn’t matter what the youngster professional wishes for, in order to get a position, he should count on certain characteristics that turn out to be an appealing plus for companies.
In this article, the concept of millennials generation and its characteristics will be addressed, as well as the context for employment in Colombia. In addition, the former will come together with the latter so that the analysis of both will generate a reflection which will be focused in employment of youngsters in the globalization age. The reflection will also be directed towards the development of competences, skills, added values and leadership which will draw not only organizations but also the labor market attention. |
