The SG-SST basically becomes a guide so that the company can follow up and continuous improvement to the pro procedures of employee welfare, as established by the Ministry of Labor. This research is carried out in order to design and implement an SG-SST to ensure the safety and health of employees and compliance with minimum regulatory and legal requirements in the company YAKOLI S.A.S. For the purposes of this investigation, a collection of information was carried out for the company in question, to be analyzed, tabulated and evaluated, which could obtain a great approximation to the reality of the company vis-a-vis the SG-SST; With this it proceeded to the establishment of said program in the company. Finally, satisfactory results were obtained, since there was a contribution from both the company's management and personnel; Which facilitated the partial establishment of the OSH-OS; Leaving evidence of before and after, which allowed to verify the positive changes that occurred within the company. |
