In This paper explores the basic cognitive processes of children in condition of cognitive disabilities through leisure activities, sports and recreation. The objective of this study was to determine how through the use of these activities is deepened in the knowledge of the basic psychological processes of children in this condition, to explore, discover and investigate these processes. We worked with a empirical analytical design, since by their very nature, allowed the study outside objective and converged at the time to observe the basic cognitive processes in this study involved ten children in a condition of moderate cognitive disabilities enrolled in an institution of the city of Cali. The results give an account of the skills of these subjects, generating similarity between the concepts of cognitive processes; showing that the derogatory way to refer and characterizing the population this is a mistake, since they show cognitive skills and processes developed that allow them to thrive in a context. |
