Sumario: The General System of Labor Risks in Colombia is the set of public and private institutions, rules and procedures, the objective of preventing, protecting and caring for workers from the effects of diseases and accidents that may occur on the occasion of The consequence of the work that they develop. As part of the coverage of the system is the economic prescription that receives the workers that because of the occasion of their work of workers affected in their health and present incapacity (law 1562 of 2012). At present we do not find that it is very common that a person is linked to several employers among themselves by making contributions to occupational risks to different entities, which according to our current regulations means a decrease or non-payment of their income in case of They require the economic prescriptions of the system.
