Sumario: The main aim of this report is diagnose human rights violations committed by the United Self defense Forces of Colombia (AUC, abbreviated in Spanish) (Calima Block) in the department of Valle del Cauca due to the number of situations that happened against civilian population living in that place, between 1999-2004. The follow investigation has two sections. The first one talks about of the indagation about the specific cases that tell the massacres in the determined period and then is analized the forced displacement phenomenon as consequence of the society and the families; the ignorance, the indifference and the silence that is generated by the armed conflict. The displacement in our country has happened throughout the history and actually also manifest and even nowdays it has been happening until showing a population stability.
