The multilevel protection of the human rights in the framework of the neoconstitutional discussions, is born from the creation of the European Union, wich implied the integration of diferent norms emanated from organs placed in dissimilar levels such as territorials as institutional at was incorporated to the jurisdiction of the states part, however, extrapolating the european multilevel system to the colombian model, it is evidenced the materialization of the integrator function and the interaction, peculiar of the multilevel postulate, from the tools given by the Constitution which allow the incorporation of the provisions emanated from the Inter-American Human Rights System. According with the last, in the development of this investigation functions that understands the constitutional multilevel studied in the colombian constitutional model, studying the legal tools that enable interaction and implementation of international rules in the domestic legal system |
