This article presents the results of the research on the role of the Law Office and Conciliation Center “San Juan de Capistrano” of the University of San Buenaventura. The research was based on the care, guarantee and protection of kids and teenagers rights. The purpose of the research is to identify the legal aspects to solve processes. These legal processes took place in 2015, 2016 and the first semester of 2017. The results also make recommendations to strengthen the food service that the Legal Office offers.
The results showed that most of the food processes that began in the year 2015 are archived for different reasons and the minority are still in process. In addition, most of the users that attended during 2016 are located in the Commune 3 of Bello. The results suggested that it is necessary to acquire technological resources to strengthen the service, not only of the users but also of the students who carry out their practices. |
