Sumario: Moral harassment is one of the malaises in contemporary work that needs to be attended and understood. This reflective paper aims to discuss moral harassment based on the principles of a new labor organization, as well as a conceptual definition of the phenomena. First, some features of the established work in the globalized context are considered; then, conceptual definitions of moral harassment are introduced from the references field “psi”; after that, the legal approach to the problem in Brazil and some European countries is analyzed, and finally, some proposed issues precede a discussion regarding the topic.
