Sumario: Labor exibility negatively impacts the least qualified people, either to younger or older workers with fewer social networks. What is interesting is that these processes that end in offering precarious work conditions are also beginning to affect professionals from multinational compaines (MNCs). This case study was set up with 11 interviews with professionals of the multinational sector. The findings allows us to understand the relationship between work paths and labor relations, their mutual effects and their importance to understanding the current dynamics of the labor market.
