The life of a community is intimately linked to its social, economic and political manifestations, which give form to its legitimate intentions of progress and well-being. These in turn are part of cultural values developed through the years. Political practice, as both individual and collective action, is the means used to express and materialize interests and aspirations towards a better tomorrow. Recognition of public management as an authentic expression of interests implies its association to other manifestations that assess its significance in order to become part of a collective interest. Business enterprise activity is one of those other manifestations. |
