This research studies the articulation deficit in the public space of the neighborhoods Nuevo Bosque, Barlovento, and Calamares , due to the lack of urban infrastructure and spaces adapted for the development of the spatial dynamics of the territory, addressing the mythology of Research will tackle the critical points of the problem from the most general to the particular. The community is involved in carrying out participatory works that help us to obtain more assertive information of the situation, as a result of this we would obtain a project more landed to the reality and the necessity of the inhabitants of the sector. Hand in hand with the methodology a situational scheme is made and an approximation scale is elaborated where each one establishes products and results that correspond to the approach of the solution of each problem in the defined scales; The research is framed in the theoretical, in the reference analysis, the normative and in the historical context that corresponds to the object of study. In the macrosystem, it is proposed to develop criteria for spatial improvement that articulate the areas of recreation with the surroundings of the territory, in the mesosystem it is proposed to develop a landscape design that connects all areas of the neighborhoods in an efficient way, and finally in the microsystem It raises high routes in height that generate different urban dynamics.
