In the current global context, mainly marked by intense competition for markets and customers, logistics and with it, the sourcing and procurement and inventory, reached a leading role to a dynamic scenario of the international economy, grocery store uncertainty about the future behavior of the variables. This paper proposes a method for evaluating suppliers and inventory management model with tools of the theory of fuzzy subsets, which are taxed at achieving the above objectives; having investigated as a Cuban commercial company. For the purpose of the publication is not convenient to disclose the identity of the company or the providers evaluated. |
