Project management aims to plan, organize and control the processes that lead to their success. To do this, you must have knowledge, skills and management tools that combined allow the right direction, not only in relation to the results, but also relating to addressing personnel management as an essential component in the projects. Currently, the environment provides standards such as PMI, PRINCE2 and ISO 21500, among others, aimed at guidance in the planning, management and control of projects by using techniques and procedures. However, managers are ultimately the decision-makers to adapt a new model based on knowledge, standards, experiences and organizations needs in order to achieve good performance and success in projects. |
