To discuss about regional inequalities, should be taken into account the reflections associated with the phenomenon of underdevelopment and the law of inequable economic and political development, in an attempt to explain objectively and scientifically the system’s behavior and its impact on the contemporaneity. The theoretical approaches underlying the endogenous development approach and way of expression should be interpreted carefully in the light of the specific situation of developing countries and sub-national territorial spaces, to use them creatively in designing strategies and socio-economic transformation projects , while not definitively resolve the problems these suffering itself can mitigate and reduce the gap that typifies . |
