Through this article the legislative, doctrinal and eventually jurisprudential study of the responsibility incurred by administrators of the commercial companies will be developed, particularly when they violate the duties that the legal and statutory rules have therefore imposed by his position as administrators that suggested to be of vital importance, not only for the development of the corporate purpose or, for the common and individual interests of members, but in terms of the impact that may come to have their decisions within and outside the company,
and the impact that those decisions would have on third parties outside the development and interests of company; because it is necessary to establish which one it is, and how far extends the responsibility of directors against the harmful effects at any given time can a Colombian company generate activities on the environment. |
