This article is part of a research that aims to analyze the dynamic load test in contracts for carriage of goods under the bill of lading document, considering the effect of the new General Code of Procedure in Colombia. It aims to give a tour of the international and national legislation governing the issue, the rulings of the Constitutional Court and the opinions of the writers to confront the functionality of the document called Bill of lading or B/L and the evidentiary importance. Then there will be a proposal to solve the problems encountered. |
