In this work there were identified the opportunities of progress with which there is provided the sector of the refrigeration specially applied to the bank sector in the city of Cali, here it highlights the explicit need to diminish the answer times before breakdowns in the precision air conditioning systems which causes blockades for high temperature of the byline centers leaving the financial institution without transactional capacity in divisions, electronic tellers, virtual division and dataphones.Before this latent need for the market, and in order to minimize the operational losses for the sector, there was established the need to be provided with an of integration signature of services of thermal engineering in order to be the only provider facing the client, who compiles actively all the actors who intervene in the final solution before flaws in the systems of precision air conditioning in byline centers. In accordance with the specializing literature, these losses are very representative and the potential of the of integration signature is very high.Given the business opportunity previously established, and with the support of diverse control instruments administrative and financiers based on the PMBOK, there was established the viability of the of integration signature with big potential of penetration and market positioning with a very reasonable economic investment for the shareholders.Bearing in mind the viability of the business proposal, the functional design of the signature was realized and one studied in depth the strategies that generate differentiation on the market and add value to the service as there it are the strategic alliances with providers and work under essentials ISO 55. 000 faced to the assets management. |
