Sumario: Compliance in Colombia with the judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights when his responsibility for the violation of human rights in the communities has been declared presents a problem as long as it has not been done in full despite the time elapsed since the issuance of these even though there is an obligation to comply with the obligation in the position of reception of international law adopted in Colombia, the ratification of the American Convention on Human Rights and the acceptance of the jurisdiction of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights This report, in addition to analyzing the level of compliance with the judgments of the Inter- American Court of Human Rights that declares the international responsibility of Colombia for violation of human rights in the communities, was directed to study the consequences generated by the breach and raise possible solutions to the problem.
