Sumario: Leadership and job satisfaction is one of the topics that generate great interest in the study of organizations from social psychology, which has allowed a valuable amount of research on this. Within the available literature, it can be observed that the researchers usually use the employees as a source of information, since they generate a valuable contribution, that is, their perception and direct experience with the environment. Considering the above, the present study based its objectives to reveal the employee's perceptions through an interview with an already demarcated structure, in which they felt free to comment. Regarding the perception of the employees, it was found that the leadership can generate feelings of loyalty from the employees to the leader and there is an influence between interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction. With respect to the latter, the employees expressed that they perceive co-workers and leaders as allies, but not with the company and its labor indications, such as the schedules, which are exhausting as explained by the interviewees.
