A quantitative study was carried out with the objective of identifying the detonating situations of stress in drivers of public service of the company Asotranscar of the city of Cartagena. 100 drivers of the company were sampled and the inventory of anxiogenic situations (ISAT) was applied. It consists of 32 questions classified in 4 categories. Each category measures specific contextual situations and work activities. The results show that the category that generates the most stress are those of selfevaluation-evaluation and criticism and aggressions. |
