Sumario: The risks in the chemical industry, to which its operators are exposed and the integrity of the plant, when an overpressure is generated in the containers, or in an emergency purge (Blowdown), for its network operator can involve from affections Respiratory or death, through contact with these gases or possible unwanted explosion by high pressure on the storage or process equipment. The excess of confidence, the lack of training, increase the likelihood that this type of accident will have a fatal outcome, not only in the work network of the plant and its product, but also to the populations that are nearby and also very important to the environment. Therefore design a relief valve safety system that helps mitigate possible cases of high risk or fatality such as those mentioned above, to reduce these risks in the plant, as this is not desired, will help us to reduce the impact that It could generate one of these catastrophes, as it is in the environment and also trying to protect the integrity of the plant as well as its personnel
