Sumario: The emphasis of the present project are the human rights, especially the right to life, so it is worth highlighting the definition of human rights, which are considered as inherent rights, belonging to all human beings, without distinguishing their nationality, place of residence, sex, nationality or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or any other condition. (United Nations Organization, s.f). The right to life is a fundamental pillar for the Inter-American Human Rights System (hereinafter IAHRS) and for domestic law in all States Parties, as it represents the prerequisite for the enjoyment of other rights and is directly related to a essential part of every person: human dignity.
