Sumario: Despite having public support and numerous advantages over other energy sources, to renewable technologies have been characterized repeatedly failing to meet our energy needs, and are presented only as a choice between conventional fossil fuels and nuclear energy. This paper shows that this is a false choice, and that renewable energy can safely generate the same energy as conventional fuels, and can do so without producing carbon emissions or radioactive waste that pollute the environment.
