Chemical reference materials are very important for pharmaceutical industry in quality control and quality assurance activities in production process. These materials allow evaluating the main characteristics of ingredients used for production and drugs manufactured, establishing its traceability and the reliability of the obtained results. A preliminary technical project is presented in this study for a conceptual design of a laboratory dedicated to chemical reference material production in Cuba. The description of areas, equipments, facilities, people, materials and waste flow are exposed according to good manufacturing procedures and adapted to existing installation. |
