The relationship that exists between the beneficiary or owner of the work and the contractor, the dilemma appears to determine the joint and several liability in labor matters that arises at the time of an accident at work on the occasion of a contract whose parts perform related activities, since in principle the beneficiary or owner of the work is not called to respond, if the service contracted is foreign tasks to the normal activities of the company, therefore from this perspective a jurisprudence study will be carried out and normative on the subject. |
