Sumario: The present investigation is a brief conceptual review regarding the social bond in psychosis raised from the theory of psychoanalytic and studied from the application of psychotherapeutic group workshops through art in a mental health unit in the city of Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The general objective is limited to studying the subjective effects of group psychotherapeutic interventions through art and in relation to the subject with the Social Other from the study of a case of two hospitalized psychotic female patients. The conclusion of this study is that changes were found for both female patients with respect to the way they relate with the Social, Institutional and Family Other.
