Sumario: The present article intends to reflect on the importance of the implementation of social responsibility in the indicated work when necessary for business growth and breaking down the three dimensions to which it is addressed. For this, an exploratory research was carried out, a descriptive approach research with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The main conclusion of this article is that corporate social responsibility activates the growth of the company, because it significantly improves the reputation and credibility, and thereby achieves recognition before its stakeholders, especially when the commitment with the development of the RES strategy is accepted by the community
