Sumario: This work seeks to illustrate the importance of corporate social responsibility as a competitive strategy in the Costa del Sol hotel and convention center located in the Bocagrande sector; the research is based on the CSR actions that have been carried out in this, values, coherence, the internal public, suppliers, consumers, community and environment were taken into account. The information was collected by applying a survey to hotel management, complemented by direct observation. The research is quantitative and corresponds to the descriptive type, following the analytical empirical paradigm.
