Sumario: Chambacú, one of the frst extramural neighborhoods of Cartagena. It was one of the largest slums in the country and in the 70’s relocated its inhabitants. The current Territorial Ordering Plan divides Chambacú into three zones: zone A, zone B and zone C, which is the reason for studying this document. It is a site with great potential, close to the historic center, surrounded by places of interest, and its location has a constant dynamic of people, albeit tangentially. The general objective of the preliminary project developed in this thesis is to design a proposal for urban-landscape renovation of Sector C Chambacú. To do this, it is necessary to study the urban attributes that generate a diagnosis of the conditions in the area; Analyze by means of a process of synthesis of variables that the sector possesses and develop a proposal for a project that incorporates public space, staging areas and sports, recreational and cultural areas within a large urban unit. To achieve a proposal as accurate as possible is done through a methodology that uses scales of systems: Macro, Meso and Micro the identifcation of the problem that currently exists, and also indicators of its causes and consequences. The resources, the products and the results that achieve a project of urban architectural and landscaping integration are established in a SPORTS, TOURISM AND CULTURAL UNIT OF CHAMBACÚ, which promotes in this new node the permeability and readability that is currently defcient
