The theme is part of the panorama offered by the capitalist dynamic in the service of the globalization of the economy with its consequences economic, political and social level; as well as the direct link this phenomenon with the implementation of neoliberal interventionist policies in Latin America and particularly in Colombia, which encourage indiscriminate violation of human rights, as well as resistance from those latitudes against impunity and oblivion.
