Sumario: The present study and reflection was showing the different juridical practices thatcoexistent in the complex and troubled Colombian context. In this context, thearmed actors realize regulations in the localities of his influence displacing to thestate institutions responsible for the social order and in charge of making fulfill thelaw. To expose these different juridical practices, the description and the analysisis divided in the space of the cities, especially in the popular neighborhoods wherethe different actors, included the armed forces, dispute the regulations of the socialconflicts that arise between the settlers. Another space is the rural one, where thearmed illegal groups have a major participation in the regulation, specially guerrillagroup’s in the South of the country and the paramilitary group’s in the North ofColombia. These juridical practices in the cities and the rural spaces, demonstrateof concrete form as the juridical pluralism it turns into the possibility of understandingthe complex Colombian phenomenon in the beginnings of the 21st century.
