Sumario: For 16 years, the Ecuadorian government has had the prospect of helping the most vulnerable and poor society of the country developing a social program that currently is called BDH whereby an economic value is given to this group of people under the conditions that the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES) agency responsible for administering this program has been implemented at the time of generating. This Social program aims to reduce poverty and stimulate consumption to a minimum through the value being delivered monthly; however, there are responsibilities that beneficiaries must take to remain part of this group and receive aid such as stewardship in health and education in order to eradicate malnutrition and child birth and illiteracy among children by allowing have a better vision of what they want and they can be when they grow up. The current government has implemented control policies to determine who really need this benefit and debug their databases and has also done a rise in the amount of value to deliver because inputs and implements necessary for survival have increased in price but really it is unknown whether the groups of beneficiaries are satisfied with the amount they receive why has conducted this investigation to determine whether there has been an improvement in the quality of life of this group through the help of the Social Program during the period of the current mandate.
