Nowadays, the aviation in Ecuador faces many management problems, that affect its operations and its development in the market, so, it’s necessary to perform some studies in order to determine which internal processes add value, by applying the analysis and diagnosis tools that collaborate in its development.
Once identified the main processes into the Ecuadorian aviation, it is important to develop the respective research about the uses of the Quality Management System, in order to determine the critical issues for remove or minimize them; in consequence is possible to determine the objectives that must be monitored through indicators and operations, that are in charge of measure the advance and fulfillment of the processes based in the guidelines of the quality rules. |
