The development of the present project has as goal to cover the necessity of
GEOSUELOS COMPANY in order to get the sufficient drilling machinery of soils for
anchors which allows covering the demand of projects in developing. This machine has
the horizontal moving system on its base self.
Then an analysis of alternatives is performed on which we have different characteristics
that have every one of these machines through decision matrices.
Already chosen the best alternative we precede in designing the soil driller with analysis
and respective calculus of each mechanical part, structure design and hydraulic system.
Several factors were included in constructing this machine that allows the correct
projection of assembly plans. Individual plans for each one in order to achieve an
adequate precision and time optimizing for making these elements and have a correct
assembly.
Finally direct and indirect cost analysis was made considering a financial study in order
to set whether or not this profitable and how long it requires for recovering the
investment. |
