Sumario: The purpose of this project is the applicability of technical concepts of civil and hydraulic engineering for sanitary solutions. The DESIGN OF THE SEWAGE SYSTEM COMBINED FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD" LOS PINOS "LOCATED IN THE PARISH OF CUTUGLAGUA OF THE CANTON MEJIA, seeks to solve the problems by the deficient management of sewage, wastewater and rainwater in the neighborhood, since, due to bad hygiene habits, obsolete sanitary systems, unplanned population growth and direct discharges without treatment, these generate discomfort of the population, high rate of diseases due to contact with feces, infectious foci such as septic tanks and sewage concealed The construction of a combined sewer system with a PVC corrugated pipeline with 1789.91 m is proposed as a solution. Ø of 300 mm, 1088.23 m. Ø of 400 mm, 183.09 m. Ø of 500 mm. and 113.70 m. Ø 700 mm, plus the construction of 60 inspection wells, 1 special flow separator well, 1 pre-treatment well, RAFA treatment plant (Upflow Anaerobic Reactor), 1 muddy pool, 1 chlorination pool and final discharge, with a construction time of 12 months and a constructive amount of 455,271.52 $ (Four hundred and fifty five thousand two hundred and seventy one dollars, with fifty two cents), the work will have a useful life of 30 years , totally reversing the environmental impact and increasing the conditions and quality of life of a future population of 4441 inhabitants located in 299 lots of land, covering an area of 12.37 Ha. It is worth mentioning that the economic indicators of the project, taking into account only the health factor, qualify the Project as: FEASIBLE INVESTMENT PROJECT
