The present job has as main purpose, to provide the company Semagro S.A. with a bank of proofs where the milking equipment’s running will be verified before its installation guaranteeing this way its appropriate running for whom they are obtained. The bank of proofs i s designed with a piping system where air with a negative pressure (space) will be circulating. This one is generated by a space bomb. This system will allow tests of the next components of a milking equipment to be executed: space bombs, vacumeters, push - buttons, gauges, space regulators. In addition to this and having as main objective to control the revolutions of a space bomb, we will use a mechanic variator or tackle cone and to have a constant space pressure, the equipment will count as well on a spac e regulator. The information will be collected through a portable electronic device called VPR100 which will be used for collecting information at the different measurement points that will be deposited into the bank of proofs; the information obtained wi ll be downloaded with a program called ISO TEST. The results obtained are going to be displayed as an Excel format sheet which will be as well complemented with the data from the milking equipment, from the owner’s previous installation. The process finish es with the interpretation of the information obtained from each one of the components so according to the performance measured in the bank of proofs, you can proceed with its installation regarding its features at the different zones of the country. |
