Sumario: Currently information technology has become an important support for the education system in general, for this reason the education institutions invest in huge applications for teaching, that enable quality work and aligned with the current education law. In Ecuador, an option for certification of third level students was added and it is called Examen Complexivo. This document in its introductory part gives an overview of the problem and be able to reflect the current state of software in terms of training for the process Examen Complexivo exists. In the first chapter it is included a brief review of the history of Comprehensive Exam also it presents the theoretical framework in which this work is based as object-oriented programming, database and hypermedia programming, it is also performed an analysis of the methodology to be used and an overview of SCRUM. In the second chapter it is covered the analysis and design of the software based on the SCRUM methodology, which has the Examen Complexivo, the approach of the SEEC tool, Product Portfolio, History of the User and task board. In the last chapter it is presented the application architecture, the development tools used with source code generated for both the website and the app, and the tests applied.
