The BIESS bank is one entity with the
highest placement of investments in
mortgage in the Ecuador, offering
financing to by the homes and other
real estate with greater demand in
Ecuador. From your creation in 2010,
the BIESS has helped to boost the
economy of the construction sector,
giving the possibility to companies to
optimize resources, increase labor,
materials and tools of the work to
increase the number of projects
promoted the construction companies.
That has managed to attract more
home buyers and expand the
operations of companies in this sector,
according to the needs of the market
and therefore reactivate the economy
in the construction industry. This
situation has been proven through the
use of bibliographic research and the
comparison with the results of the
surveys carried out by the
representatives of the real estate
companies that offer their services in
the city of Quito, where 53% affirmed
that the mortgage loans BIESS offers
financing between 10% to 30% that
