This degree work was developed with the aim of supporting the implementation of the change in the production model that the State is providing associative producers of different products, in this case provide a study claiming memorized by producers naranjillas the La Mana sector in the province of Cotopaxi itself that has been occurring for some time in their smallholdings and plots naranjillas hybrid which has been well received in the market.
The knowledge produced is not just the solution for a substantial improvement in the production chain naranjillas unless accompanied by an appropriate way to market and distribute so that the proposal to create a collection center where various forms are met standardization, proper handling of the product and especially make a production scale strongly improves the product price as you can in this way make strategic alanzas that results in a fair and safe market and a firm that allows it to have a stability of income associated producers, as well as individually they can not get as intermediaries or where producers sell these individually causes you to pay unrealistic prices.
The work was generalized by an associative project feasibility guide to this group of producers associations have a real vision of fulfilling a link in the value chain of naranjillas, performing in a model to deliver this work to the authorities and find the required financing, market where the potential of it, one technical study focuses actual needs to build the center, and complemented by a financial analysis that indicates the financial viability of it is reflected.
