The massification of ICTs poses new challenges for the management level executives of companies and other organizations. The speed with which, through ICT, information flows and knowledge streamlines all business and organizational life in general. Products and services are growing faster obsolescence or competition. In this environment, the human factor of organizations is increasingly required. Those in management positions therefore must be tuned with all the means that facilitate their professional updating to remain competitive as individuals and to contribute to the competitiveness of your company or organization. Through bibliographical research was achieved make a conceptual clarification of what the ICT, what they are used, how they work and what contributions they particularly updating the executive management level, business management and briefly other fields of human life. Through the market survey management level executives of Quito, the contribution in the last four years the various ICT give the professional development of executives who have managerial roles identified finally the use of contrasted ICTs versus traditional means of professional development to determine the extent of use of each of them in professional development. |
