Sumario: In this project it is possible to observe a detailed investigation concerning the benefits about the usage of direct marketing as a tool for communicate with the customer, from part of the enterprises which provide touristic services in the cantons of Quito, Cayambe and Pedro Moncayo. The goal is to determine its economic and financial impact with respect to their daily procedure in these organizations of touristic services. Therefore, through the development of the chapter of the project, it was determined the importance of direct marketing compared with traditional marketing, as well as some relevant aspects of this study which are summarized as follows
