The implemented project is a SCADA system whose main objective is the control and centralized monitoring from a single master station that allows to visualize through an interface, the state of the main variables, both analogous and digital, of each one of the components of the production lines of pipe. Said implementation has been carried out based on a study of the constructive and operative characteristics of the machinery both in terms of hardware and software. Through this study it has been possible to design a network topology that satisfies the needs of reliability in the transmission and reception of data in terms of speed and bandwidth. In addition, a graphic interface has been created through the LabVIEW development platform; this interface includes mimic diagrams of the production line, as well as screens of trend curves, generation of historical files and administration of alarm signals. Finally, and in order to guide the people in charge of the management of the system, a user operation manual has been created, which describes the necessary procedures for the configuration and monitoring of the variables and the management with the maintenance personnel of the factory. In order to avoid failures or quality deficiency in the finished product and accidents that may put at risk the integrity of both operators and machinery. The project has been developed and implemented as a pilot plan in the company Ecuatigre SA, since it establishes a platform on which additional systems will be integrated that allow the company to carry out finer controls in terms of the optimization of the resources with which it currently works. account. |
