The principal objective in the present research was "to evaluate the efficacy of Trichoderma harzianum as an alternative to the use of synthetic chemicals for the control of Botrytis sp, in the roses cultivation (Rosa sp). Aubade range, to reduce environmental impact through an experimental process, which was performed in the flower farm located in Valle Verde in Ayora Region Cayambe, Pichincha province.
The specific objectives were: to compare the effects of control harzianum on Botrytis sp Trichoderma, looking for a better effectiveness to determine the impacts on the quality of the flower with the application of Trichoderma harzianum, to determine economic impacts generated through of a marginal cost analysis.
A completely design was used with four replications and the separation test Tukey 5% was used. The treatments consisted of Fenhexamid & Dose of Tebuconazole and Trichoderma 1cc/liter doses of 2.4 and 6 ml / l at a concentration of 1x108. Also in the test was included an absolute control, which didn´t receive any application. |
