Sumario: The problem of saturation in the wireless nodes causes inconvenience in the service offered to the customers as the bandwidths in the bases radius does not cover the existing demand; currently PUNTONET S.A., as a solution, proposes the implementation of FTTH (Fiber To The Home) with GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network), these optical fiber links allow above 30 Mbps and improve the service provided. Project analizes the initial situation of the network especially the capacity in its bandwidth analyzed. It seeks to find the best technological solution to improve the service capacity, increase the cover areas thanks to the advantages of using fiber optic links and decongest saturated nodes that are within the project. The network design has important information such as: the main route of the fiber to the node, the backup, equipment needed for the design and the cost related to the implementation of the network, the same as in the area of Mitad del Mundo and Carcelén Bajo allows collecting important information for the enterprise; as the number of subscribers to migrate to the new network. With the implementation of the designed network, subscribers have greater width than 5Mbps, is equal to 600%, as the fiber links don´t compartment and the total band width delivered is consumed.
