Sumario: The Training Program using strategies to improve self-esteem, self-concept and self-efficacy in adult women of Sangolquí, born in the experience acquired during the process of the intervention program with women of Sangolqui. The need to work in this topics star from a learning of self-observation and restructuring of the negative thoughts that arise in their daily lives. Currently the role played by women in society is going strong, which is why the author considers necessary to work on the moods, their levels of self-esteem, regarding self-concept and self-efficacy, for give their tools that sustain in a realistic and adaptive way their capabilities to implement specific behaviors of their work, family and social roles. The program allowed us to analyze the data obtained from those applied psychological tests and accordingly the results the workshop sessions were planned, achieving the objectives raised. Self-esteem levels were up, they learned the technique of self-reports between others, the same that allows them to practice habit in recognition of their negative automatic thoughts. Advances were evident in patients over the sessions; they were very positive, while their knowledge was reinforced in the practice was evident a new version of them, concluding with the reflection of a job well planned in which the patients qualified worthily.
