This is a business plan about the production of raspberries in the locality of Puembo near the city of Quito.
The main objective is to establish the demand in the city of Quito and serve these potential customers by implementing this new enterprise.
This work consists of six chapters on the following topics:
Chapter one: describes the project background and justification thereof.
Chapter two: presents the projects SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunities and threats) analysis
Chapter three: presents the market research, which emphasizes in a quantitative and qualitative approach, to both, consumers and brokers.
Chapter four: describes the technical aspects of the production of raspberries, detailed from soil preparation to delivery of the product to customers.
Chapter five: provides an economic approach and a financial analysis that concludes on rentability and feasibility of the projected. |
