This research work fulfills the main objective of designing a methodology to generate the virtual community of graduates in Social communication – UPS. In this context, the analysis of the information provided by the Academic Secretariat of Communication around: academic-professional profile of graduates, employment insertion and, linkage-follow-up between institutions and students, contributes in the systematic and methodical construction of methodological design. This, in order to create a virtual community that solvent the concerns and needs of the graduates of the career, mainly in regard to employability, highlighting the academic and competitive capacity of the communicator. The structure that makes up the methodological design is as follows: employment exchange, continuing education and virtual exhibitions; the first point is based on job offers, requirements profiles, job application and information search; the second point works in the projects of formation, training and linkage with the society (giving priority to the deliberate-active participation of the graduates of the career); the last point shows the commitment of the career of Communication with art and culture, which takes advantage of the talent of communicators through multimedia, audiovisual and sound production. |
