Sumario: The microorganisms Trichoderma asperellum and Purpureocillium lilacinum are widely used by farmers in nematode control and crop sanitation. In order to be easily applied and their viability characteristics are maintained, formulations are developed, which give additional protection to the spores. In this research four types of handmade formulations were evaluated: soluble granules, covered granules, wettable powders and liquid, using national materials such as granulated zeolite and bentonite. In the study, the method of mass production of spores was analyzed using whole rice as substrate, the variables evaluated to determine the most viable formulation were: microorganism concentration, microorganism viability, purity and economic analysis of the formulation. The formulations with the best characteristics were wettable powders and soluble granules, obtaining values of 5.62 x 108 spores / g, 1.20 x 108 CFU / g and purity higher than 98.04%. From the economic analysis it is concluded that in the production of all types of formulations, the costs are less than USD 127.00 for a lot of 4.00 kg of formulation, which makes it competitive against other products available in the market.
