Sumario: The following undergraduate work is composed of three chapters, theoretical framework, methodological framework and proposed; in which detailed all the research we do and the results obtained. The first chapter is the theoretical framework, where we describe each of the topics covered in our work. We begin with the concepts of evaluation, then continue with more specific such as discrimination, types of discrimination, labor and employment, inclusion, historical background of African descent and indigenous populations, their current situation and legal bases that support our research concepts. The second chapter is the methodological framework in which we determined the population and our study sample, method and type of research that used and format of the survey. After this process continue with the results and tabulation of the questionnaire we did; with these results we obtained SWOT analysis and the analysis of the internal environment EFI and external environment EFE. The last chapter contains a comparative analysis of changes in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador between 1998 and 2008. This chapter also includes our proposal to improve the working environment of organizations with an environment free from discrimination and respect for all individuals.
